All digital product sales are final
Membership fees are non-refundable
No refunds will be issued for partial usage or unused time

Physical Products (Merch)
We accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
